ÆXOSOMA Subscription Agreement

(A sub-brand of Accelerated Biosciences MEA FZCO)

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms under which Accelerated Biosciences MEA FZCO, operating under the brand name ÆXOSOMA (“the Company”, “we”, or “our”), provides its made-to-order skincare subscription service for ÆXOSOMA Skin Serum (“the Product”) to individual customers (“the Customer” or “you”).

1. Service Overview
By joining the ÆXOSOMA subscription program, you agree to receive regular deliveries of the Product every two (2) months on a recurring basis, subject to the terms below. Each batch of the Product is freshly produced to order to ensure optimal quality and freshness.

2. Minimum Subscription Term
The subscription requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months. You agree to maintain the subscription for at least this period. If you cancel before completing the minimum term, the Company may charge the balance of the remaining period. After the initial term, the subscription automatically renews in two-month cycles until you choose to cancel.

3. Billing and Payment
The first payment is collected at registration and is used to begin production of your first made-to-order batch of ÆXOSOMA Skin Serum. Production and delivery together take approximately thirty (30) days, so the first delivery typically occurs about thirty (30) days after payment.

After the first delivery, subscription payments are billed every sixty (60) days. Each payment is made approximately thirty (30) days before the next batch is delivered, allowing time for production and preparation. This schedule ensures continuous product supply without interruption.

Example Timeline

  • Day 0 – Billing #1: production of Batch 1 begins.

  • Day 30 - Delivery #1: Batch 1 arrives and use begins.

  • Day 60 – Billing #2: production of Batch 2 begins.

  • Day 90 – Delivery #2: Batch 2 arrives.

  • Day 120 – Billing #3: production of Batch 3 begins, and so on.

Payments are made by bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. Deliveries are scheduled only after payment has been received. The first payment, including any subscriber benefit, is non-refundable. If payment is delayed, production and delivery may be postponed accordingly.

4. Deliveries
Deliveries are sent to the address provided by the Customer. Typical delivery occurs within five (5) to seven (7) business days after dispatch. Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate and kept up to date.

5. Subscriber Pricing
Active subscribers receive a 10 % reduction from the standard retail price on every batch of ÆXOSOMA Skin Serum for as long as their subscription remains active. This subscriber rate applies automatically to each billing cycle and remains valid provided the subscription is not paused or canceled. If a subscription is canceled and later re-started, the subscriber rate may be reinstated at the Company’s discretion. The subscriber rate is a loyalty benefit and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.

6. Product Use
ÆXOSOMA Skin Serum is designed for personal cosmetic use only. Please follow the usage and storage instructions provided with each delivery. The Company accepts no responsibility for results arising from misuse or from failure to follow the provided instructions.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription by giving at least fourteen (14) days’ written notice before your next billing date. Cancellations received after a billing date take effect from the following cycle. No refunds are issued for products that have already been dispatched. Damaged or defective products must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery for replacement or credit.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s total liability under this Agreement is limited to the value of the most recent subscription payment. The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss of any kind.

9. Privacy
All customer information is collected and processed in accordance with UAE data-protection laws. Personal data will be used solely for order processing, customer communication, and service improvement.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
